I am particularly passionate about promoting positive mental health in young people and teaching tools to manage anxiety, stress and difficult emotions. I get along well with kids of all ages and backgrounds, and don't shy away from young people facing more challenges. I have taught yoga and mindfulness to primary school kids in the past, and have volunteered and mentored teens on meditation retreats.I am also currently a student of Ayurveda and practice my own meditation and yoga daily.
