Hello Parents :) My name is Holly and I’m 36. I’m a paediatric nurse and I’ve been working at the Royal Children’s Hospital since 2011. I work on the surgical wards and in the recovery unit and I absolutely love what I do which is why I’ve been there for so long. In 2016/2017 I did however move to London for two years for some new experiences and while I was there I worked as a full time nanny for 3 months then I moved to casually nannying as I started working at the children’s hospital in London. I don’t have any children myself but I have lots of experience with children obviously from my job but also friends and family who have kids. I often babysit the kids for the day for my friends during school holidays or if the kids are sick and can’t go to school/daycare. I currently still work at the RCH but on a casual basis so I often have plenty of free days which has brought me here. I am very much looking forward to meeting some of you and your little ones and creating some new bonds and memories.

I have known Holly professionally for eight years now, after meeting when I first started work at the Royal Children’s Hospital. She was always one to stand out due to her bubbly personality and her diligent work ethic.
Holly’s role as a paediatric nurse make her an ideal candidate for becoming a nanny, as she not only cares for children at their most vulnerable, but her ability to make her patients feel seen and heard are an ability that not many people hold. I would whole heartedly recommend Holly for a nannying position and feel incredibly comfortable having her look after children that I know.
I would recommend Holly for this position or others she may be in the process of applying for. She has a valid and current working with children’s check and there are no professional or personal concerns that may impede her from doing her job properly.
Holly is a very responsible and caring person. She is very kind and professional as a nurse and a nanny. She has looked after my children on many occasions and I would highly recommend her.
Holly is exceptional at caring for my 7-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son. Her fun and nurturing approach puts me at ease when leaving my children in her care. Additionally, knowing that she is a qualified nurse provides an extra layer of confidence in their safety should any injuries or illnesses occur.
Holly prefers a maximum number of 2 children per booking.
