Justine was great. She was very relaxed and natural; it was clear she has lots of experience being around children. My nearly-two-year-old daughter was comfortable with her immediately, and Justine did a great job of navigating the fact that I was working from home that day, so my daughter kept asking for me (and distracting her) all day. She changed nappies without being asked, took direction well and offered to tidy up while my daughter napped, too. I would certainly book Justine again.
