Hello! My name is Katerini, and I'm 27 years old. I live in Mornington. I'm a simple, easy-going person who absolutely loves working with children of all ages. I'm patient, caring, empathetic, and enthusiastic, and I take great joy in creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for children. Whether it's playing games, doing arts and crafts, or incorporating educational activities, I believe in making every moment exciting and enriching. I love painting, drawing, and being creative. It's something I've always been passionate about as well and something I enjoy in my free time. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help around the house, whether it's with chores, cleaning, or preparing meals. While I'm still learning to cook, I'm comfortable with simple dishes and would be more than happy to assist with food preparation to save you time. Whatever you need, I'm willing to pitch in to make things easier. I also adore animals, so if you have any pets, I'd be more than happy to help care for them too! I hold a Certificate 4 in Community Services and a Diploma in Community Services (Case Management) with a focus on children and family welfare and child protection, which I studied at university, along with a Working with Children Check and Provide First Aid Certificate. I also have experience working in childcare as well as taking care of children within my very big Greek family, which has taught me a lot about patience and creativity. Additionally, I have a background in community service, supporting women in difficult situations, which has strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to provide care. And even though this may not be relevant I also hold a certificate IV in general business administration as well as other certificates but I guess I just wanted to also say that education is something that's always been one of my passions and yeah I just wanted to squeeze that in as well. Outside of childcare, I've worked in hospitality, retail, and administration, but my true passion lies in supporting children and families.
